The SamBeru online store operates in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection" dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1.
The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods of proper quality at any time before the execution of the Order, and after the transfer of the Goods - within 7 (seven) days, not counting the day of its purchase.
The return of Goods of proper quality is possible in the following cases:
- The product was not in use, its consumer properties, presentation, packaging, labels were preserved.
- The product was not included in "A list of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange for a similar product of other sizes, shapes, dimensions, colors or configuration" (approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 55 dated 19.01.1998
Exchange of Goods of proper quality:
The Buyer has the right, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of transfer of a non-food product of proper quality (not counting the day of its purchase), to exchange it for a similar Product from the seller from whom this Product was purchased, if the specified Product did not fit in shape, dimensions, color, size or configuration.
The product can only be accepted if it is returned unused and in its original packaging. The goods supplied in the kit must also be returned in the kit. Items purchased from other companies are not accepted for return.
The refund application will be considered no later than 10 days from the date of its receipt.
Exchange and return of goods of inadequate quality
If the consumer discovers the defects of the Goods and submits a request for its replacement, the Seller is obliged to replace such Goods within 7 (seven) days from the date of submission of the specified requirement by the consumer.
If the Seller does not have the Goods necessary for replacement at the time of the claim, the Seller returns the cost of the goods to the Buyer, excluding delivery.
So, if the ordered goods do not suit you for any reason, you can return them within 7 days, or exchange them for a similar product within 14 days after purchase (receipt of the parcel).
In case of purchase of goods via mail, the return of the parcel is carried out at the expense of the buyer. The goods should not be sent by cash on delivery. Our company does not accept such parcels. The cost of the returned goods (without service fee) will be sent to you by postal order to the address specified by you in the return application, which must be attached to the parcel.
These terms and conditions are the terms of the purchase and sale agreement concluded between you and the SamBeru Online Store.
